My favorite web page


During the semesters that I have been studying, I became the number one fan of the pages of the ministries, since always in some branch I have to investigate about some or believe that I belong to some, what I like most about these pages is that whenever I review some of the first image they have, is one of the ministry linked to the people to whom it is directed or its main function, for example the ministry of education always has children or teachers, the ministry of health, grandparents or pregnant women.
These pages have always helped me to get information, they are the first ones I review when I have to investigate some public service or public policy, but what I don't like, is that the information they have is summarized or even just a score, so they only serve me to know in a general way and if I want to know in detail I have to look in other pages.
Personally I think that the public service needs to improve their websites a lot, so that they are easier for people to understand.

winter or summer?

Between winter and summer, I like summer because the sun rises and I've never liked being cold and warm. Also in the summer are the longest holidays, where with my family and friends we leave Santiago and I go camping scout! Why did I choose to study Public Administration?

At first I was very indecisive because I was interested in studying something related to the environment as Engineering in Renewable Natural Resources but I am not so good in the natural sciences, so I decided to look for a career that in the future would allow me to work in some related area and where I thought it would be good. When I arrived at the end of the fourth half I decided to study public administration because I felt that it would make me happy in the future and also be able to contribute to society from the public sector, since I consider it is very important to work to build a better future and as a good scout I think I should leave the world better as I found it. So I'm very happy to be able to study this beautiful career.

post graduate studies

The truth is that I haven't thought about if I will study when I finish the university, so to write the blog I researched in the web pages of the university and INAP where the postgraduate students of public administration do. I met a magister in government and public management, it deals with the development of managerial competencies, techniques and policies to be able to be of the high public direction, also to understand the objective of the State and Public Service. There were also interesting diplomas such as "diversity, gender and public policies", which deals with migration, sexual diversities and indigenous peoples, the relationship with the State and public policies.
